Whether or not an active item is displayed online depends on its display date.
If the display period is ongoing, it will be displayed online. If this period has expired, it will no longer be visible online.
When an event is created, the "Active" box is ticked by default, as this enables the event to be displayed on the dates required.
An inactive event is never visible online, regardless of its display dates.
An expired event is an event whose display period has expired.
Once the end date has passed, the event will be automatically archived in your "expired events".
To view your expired events: Events tab > Results filter > Display: expired events > Filter
You have the option of:
- Deactivating events currently being displayed
- Preparing for your future campaigns by creating "Active" items that will appear on the date required
- Place expired events back online by modifying the end date of their display period (if they are active, otherwise they will also need to be changed from inactive to active)
