To be processed: this status indicates that you have received a message from a lead and that their request must be handled swiftly.
Processed: this status invites you to enter the Turnover generated by this contact. This is important information that will be used to create various key indicators such as your return on investment.
- Invalid: this status enables you to flag invalid contacts (duplicates, job applications, work placement applications, etc.). Once they have been checked, these will not be taken into account when invoicing contacts.
Depending on your brand's requirements, other statuses can be provided to monitor your leads more effectively.
